Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, newspapers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items show obvious signs of use

  • Opened items (vape pods, devices, software, or media)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

  • Contact your bank if needed

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged.
For exchanges, email us at info@tereadubaishop.ae with your order details.

Gifts

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • Return your product to: Terea Dubai Shop, Dubai, UAE (details provided after contacting support)

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

    • 1 hour: Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah

    • 12 hours: Rest of UAE

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Free for orders above AED 400
